Covering resilience, relationships, and emotional intelligence, our workshops provide educational opportunities in a fun and engaging environment.

GRIT

This strengths-based workshop will get you thinking about your hidden strengths, and how to use them to your advantage.

You’ll learn to apply them in interviews, relationships in the workplace and in difficult situations.  

Upon completion of the workshop, you will have learnt how to adopt a positive mindset so you can recognise opportunities and grasp them. You will develop techniques to adopt in stressful situations, for decision making, and when facing new challenges.

Keep it Real

Keep it Real explores the health of your relationships and provides you with strategies to address and overcome these issues that may arise.

You’ll learn to identify characteristics of an unhealthy and/or toxic relationship, and how to take the steps to safely progress through challenges

This strengths-based program is delivered in a small group setting, designed to encourage working together.

Take Control

Are your emotions getting the better of you? Do you find you go from 0-100 quickly, or that you just don’t react at all? 

This workshop helps you identify your triggers, and Take Control.

You’ll learn strategies on how to respond when under stress, as well as techniques to calm you down and maintain composure.
