Jessica is Asuria Training’ newest trainee to finish her Certificate III in Customer Engagement.
Whilst completing the traineeship, Jess was an Administration Assistant in Maryborough. During her training, Jess never missed a step and worked extremely hard to achieve her qualification.
As a result of her efforts, she’s now landed a permanent role as an Asuria Case Manager in Maryborough.
“This program opened the doors to opportunities that I didn’t even know I was capable of,” explained Jess.
We’re very proud of Jess and we wish her the best of luck with her new position.
With Jessica’s move, Bernadette has now been welcomed into the Maryborough team as the new Administration Assistant.
Like Jessica, Bernadette is a trainee working toward her Certificate III in Customer Engagement, however, Bernadette will be using Asuria Training’s new e-learning platform to complete her studies.
Through the program, Bernadette hopes to better her skills in computer use and customer service.
