What you will learn

Understanding administrative support within an enterprise and determine, administer and maintain resources and equipment to complete a variety of tasks.

Appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication in the workplace for a variety of stakeholders including colleagues, customers and suppliers. You’ll also learn skills for relevant written correspondence.

Understanding work health and safety (WHS) laws, and comply with them in one’s own workplace.

Entry Requirements

Participants are required to be competent in English and will undertake a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Assessment (LLN) prior to commencing the training.

Course Structure

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is required for Participants undertaking nationally recognised training (qualifications, accredited courses, skill sets and units of competency) unless exempt.

This includes international Participants studying in Australia. If you don’t have a USI you will not receive your qualification or statement of attainment.
